- A rental agreement is signed beween ASA Mobility and your company.
- Physical inspection of the vehicle is carried out, and the vehicle is handed over.
The minimum rental period is 30 days for corporate leasing.
The monthly payments are completed in one of the following methods which the customer freely chooses:
- Monthly invoicing; payable by bank transfer within Net 14/30 (per contract).
- Corporate card on file (Visa/Mastercard); auto-charge on invoice date.
For each vehicle rented a security deposit is held by the rental company and is returned when the vehicle is returned by the customer in good standing.
What It Covers: Excess/ deductible, fuel difference, extra km, cleaning/smoking fees, late return, missing keys/accessories, tolls/fines (plus admin fee).
