We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Car Rental Agent to join our professional team at our Tirana International Airport location. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist international customers throughout the car rental process

  • Manage reservations, rental agreements, and vehicle returns

  • Handle payments and customer data accurately

  • Use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internal systems on a daily basis

  • Provide high-quality customer service while representing the company professionally

  • Work effectively within a shift-based schedule

  • Assist in the fleet maintenance activities

  • Document vehicle damages according to internal procedures

Requirements

  • Very good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory

  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel – mandatory

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in rotating shifts

  • Previous experience in customer service or car rental is an advantage
